1. Introduction

Welcome to Crisis Averted LLC Property and Animal Care. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Crisis Averted LLC offers property and animal care services, including but not limited to animal boarding, property maintenance, tree removal, and specialty animal care. The availability of services may vary based on location, weather, and operational capacity.

3. Service Agreement & Payment

  • Services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  • A deposit may be required for certain services.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency veterinary care) will be the responsibility of the client.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Deposits for cancellations made within 48 hours may be non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days where applicable.

5. Liability & Indemnification

  • Crisis Averted LLC takes every precaution to provide safe and reliable services. However, we are not liable for unforeseen accidents, natural disasters, or emergencies beyond our control.
  • Clients must disclose any special requirements, health conditions, or risks associated with their property or animals before service commencement.
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Crisis Averted LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses incurred during service provision.

6. Animal Care Policy

  • Clients must provide accurate health and vaccination records for animals in our care.
  • Any medical treatment required will be the responsibility of the owner.
  • Crisis Averted LLC reserves the right to refuse service to animals deemed aggressive or unmanageable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Texas.
